I can't find what I was looking for - do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! At Chiraya Studios, we don’t just sell art - we create it with you. Our talented co-founder and resident artist, Chiki, will take your idea and turn it into a one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn piece of fanart - whether it’s a chibi version of your favorite character, a scene from your headcanon, or something totally original.
And it doesn’t stop there - once your custom artwork is complete, we can print it on whatever merch you want: mouse pads, pillows, night lights, wallets, even T-shirts and mugs! It’s your vision, brought to life in a way only YOU could've imagined.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the origin of the products, ranging from a few days to several weeks. Additional factors that may influence delivery include:
- the size of your order, since each item is made to order and is only personally manufactured for you once your order is placed, and;
- whether it falls during peak season (such as Christmas), which can result in longer shipping times.
My item is defective/damaged! Can I get a refund?
In the unfortunate event where the items you receive is damaged/defective upon arrival, you should be eligible for an exchange or a full refund. Any such claims must be submitted within 72 hours after the package is received. Please include all relevant information such as your order number and shipping list. You can submit a claim through our Contact Us form by selecting the "Exchange/Refund Request" option, and we will provide you with the necessary steps to complete the process.
