Shipping policy

At Chiraya Studios, we recognize the diverse and international nature of the Genshin Impact community and are currently committed to serving over 40 countries worldwide. Consequently, the shipping costs for our products vary significantly depending on factors such as weight, distance, packaging requirements, courier fees and import fees.

Nevertheless, we are also aware of the importance of keeping our products affordable for customers worldwide while upholding the high quality we aim to deliver. Because of that, we have decided to absorb a substantial portion of the shipping expenses ourselves, offering customers a flat shipping fee instead and adjusting our product prices accordingly.

It is also for this reason that we have chosen not to ship to certain countries at the moment. For example, shipping one of our large gaming mouse pads to India would incur a cost of $23.51, an amount that wouldn't be feasible for us to cover.
