At Chiraya Studios, our mission is to bring beloved animated characters to life through the creation of high-quality, reasonably priced products and merchandise, allowing you to enjoy them in your everyday life - which is why we are extremely open to hearing what our valued customers are looking for and catering to their desires and needs!

That said, if there is a certain character/product that you would like us to bring to life (and we currently do not have in our product lineup), there are TWO ways in which you could make that happen:

1.) By Submitting a Product Suggestion

To submit a product suggestion, you should state either: A.) the character design that you'd love to see added on a certain product that we already sell, OR; B.) the type of product you think we should carry, featuring one of our current character designs. Here are some examples of how each type of suggestion should sound like:

- A.) "I would like to see a squishy design of Paimon (which we currently do not have) on a gaming mouse pad (a product we already sell)."
- B.) "I would like to see the Furina squishy (which is an existing design) sold on dining place mats (a product we don't currently carry).

We would then take your suggestions into consideration, and depending on various factors such as our workload, manufacturing availability and potential demand, you might just see your request come to life as we continue to update our product lineup!

2.) By Submitting a Product Design Commission Request

If there is a particular character-product combination that you'd REALLY like us to create, you could also commission us to produce a custom design for you at a fee! Each request is evaluated and priced individually. Should you agree to the quoted price, payment for the commission will be required upfront. After the design is finalized, you will receive an exclusive commissioner's discount on your first purchase of the product. Additionally, you may request to have your name acknowledged as the commissioner if/when the product is included in our collection!

You could do the above by checking out our Commission page. Please bear in mind that, although we strive to fulfill as many of your requests as possible, each of our product design is individually hand-drawn by ONE single artist, which means there is only so much we're able to draw in a day!
